sorry havent been in touch, as usual, i seem to start every email i send with that line these days! did i tell you i broke two ribs? i did it on a stand up paddle board of all things!they should be called fall off paddle boards cos thats all i seem to do. first split my head open on one and then did two ribs in-doin well! was pretty frustrated cos i couldnt surf or train, sneeze.
i have heard from duncan a few times on skype , think being stuck down there in SA is probably tough. looks like theres been big swells tho so maybe he is focussing his time and energy on that!
