SAS cleared to take off
No, we’re not going on a plane, SAS are taking off to Scotland again. We’ve just had a week up in Thurso at the O’Neill Cold Water Classic. We launched a petition calling on Flash Gordon Brown to implement a National Marine Litter Strategy. If you want change you’ve got to go for the topman. And in case you haven’t noticed, our beaches are covered in plastics!!!!
In the first week we got over a thousand signatures, plenty of pros signed up and even a few scoundrel photohogs. If you haven’t added you autograph click on the link and do it, takes a minute and makes a difference! http://petitions.number10.gov.uk/marine-litter/
Next week the SAS campaign team are back on the road.
- Sunday the 10th we’re in Dunbar (Firth of Forth)
- Monday the 11th, Scarborough
- Tuesday the 12th, Aberystwyth
- Wednesday the 13th, Isle of Wight
- Thursday the 14th, Plymouth
We will have a brand new quiver of eco boards for you to test ride and then you can find out about what’s threatening your health. And you get to tell us what’s affecting your surf spots. For more details follow the link
