Matt the farmer is an organic farmer, but, like many of us here at Twisted Towers, has been a disciple of Cousteau since childhood. He spent half a lifetime wandering the oceans under sail, presumably in the perpetual grip of some evolutionary past, mixed in with sporadic bouts of tree planting and a lot of grumpily stomping about in the mud, then it all starts to get a bit hazy. Suzanne and 4 lovely, intrepid children have saved him…. but how do you balance the pursuit of perfect waves with staying alive, saving the planet and laying down good roots for the kids ??
